2. Information we collect

We collect personal information in the following circumstances:

• Contact form submissions: when you complete the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• Client portal accounts: if you have been invited to access our client portal, we collect your name, email address, authentication identifiers, session activity, and IP address.
• Server and access logs: our hosting providers automatically log technical information including IP address, user-agent string, request paths, and timestamps for security and operational purposes.
• Email enquiries: if you email us directly, we will hold the contents of that correspondence.

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (provided by Vercel) to understand aggregate traffic such as page views and referrers. These analytics set no cookies, do not track you across other websites, and do not identify you individually. We do not use advertising or behavioural tracking on tempris.ai.

3. How and why we use your information

• To respond to enquiries: lawful basis — legitimate interests (responding to people who contact us).
• To provide the client portal: lawful basis — performance of a contract with the client organisation, and our legitimate interests in operating the portal securely.
• To keep the site secure and operational: lawful basis — legitimate interests (network security, fraud prevention).
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations: lawful basis — compliance with a legal obligation.

4. Who we share your information with

We share your personal information with the following service providers (sub-processors) only to the extent necessary to operate the services described above. Each is bound by a written processing agreement.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK / EEA, we rely on the UK and EU Data Privacy Framework (where the recipient is certified) and on Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate supplementary safeguards as a fallback.

5. How long we keep your information

• Contact enquiries: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted unless we are in an active engagement with you.
• Client portal accounts: for the duration of the client relationship, then deleted within 90 days of contract termination.
• Server and access logs: up to 90 days, in line with our hosting providers' standard retention.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data, request correction, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@tempris.ai.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we have not handled your data properly.

7. Cookies

tempris.ai uses a small number of strictly-necessary cookies (set by our authentication provider, Clerk, on the client portal). We do not use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies — our website analytics are cookieless (see section 2). See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

8. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our processing activities or sub-processor list changes materially. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
